Glippa is a wellness and tracking companion for people using GLP-1 medications. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the health and lifestyle entries you choose to log (doses, meals, hydration, symptoms, weight, measurements, exercise), messages you send to the AI coach and posts you publish in the community.
How we use it
To show your progress, personalize tips and coaching, send reminders you enable, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
AI coach
Coach messages and the context needed to answer them (such as medication, recent nutrition and symptoms) are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply and are stored in your coaching history.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Your choices
You can export your data from your profile at any time, and request account deletion by contacting support.
